Pötyi, 2-year-old Dalmatian male needs a new home (mediated)
Pötyi, the liver-white boy was born on 14.05.2013. in a breeder’s home in Hungary. As a puppy, he was bought by a family as a gift for their child. When Pötyi’s elderly friend died, he became the alpha among the other dogs in his home and this has caused problems ever since. He is a dominant and strong male, who’s not afraid to show his power to the dogs and people around… As he tends to growl and snap, he is not recommended for families with children, at all.
He needs a patient and assertive owner, who has experience with problem dogs and has enough time and determination to train him on a daily basis. Pötyi needs physical exersice in the form of long walks when he will be able to get rid of his energies. He is also a smart dog, could easily learn tricks as mental stimulation.
He currently lives in a garden with other dogs but he doesn’t get along well with all of them.
Neutering is strongly recommended in his case, but the family has no time to take care of him after the surgery. We are trying to find a solution for this.
Pötyi is vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed and has a pedigree. He lives in Nagycenk, Hungary.
