A sensitive soul, who loves human company and likes fawning upon people.
Gets on well with children. Chases cats unknown to him.
Housebroken. Recommended for owners with a family house, where he can go and sleep inside as he demands human company. Winnie

Winnie, the 1-year-old liver-spotted Dalmatian lady needs an experienced and patient owner.
She is very shy and mistrustful towards strangers, therefore we do not recommend her for families with children. She is particularly afraid of men. Often barks from insecurity.
Winnie is a typical Dalmatian by nature: a stubborn and willful girl, so she is looking for someone with extra patience and steadiness. However, she is a fast-learner and she loves training, too.
Gets on well with dogs. A calm and balanced doggy friend would be a huge help for her.
Recommended for owners with a family house, where she’s allowed to go inside.
Winnie is an extremely energetic Dally, who needs daily walks and physical exercise.
She demands to be close to her owner, but she also likes to have some privacy and take a rest in her comfy bed or in the cool shadow.
She would like to find someone, who could spend a lot of time with her and also take her to a dog school. There is much to learn due to her young age and the lack of training.
Vaccinated, dewormed, sterilized, healthy, pedigree-dog.

Ottó, the 4 year-old purebred Dalmatian male needs a new home.
He is a smart and energetic spotty fellow. Unfortunately he spends most of the day in a garden so his owners decided to find him a new family.
Otto is a muscular and active dog. He likes running about almost all day long, therefore we recommend him for owners with a family house.
Chases cats. Very friendly with children.
Playful, likes playing with a ball and fetching sticks and toys.
Otto walks well on leash and he likes going for walks but he hasn’t been socialized with other dogs.
Recommended as a single dog or to an experienced and determined person, who would make Otto accustomed to their good-natured and submissive dog (with the possible help of a dog-trainer or dog school).
Vaccinated, dewormed, healthy.
Ottó can be adopted with the obligation to neuter and microchip him. Our organization offers its contribution to these costs.

Folti

Folti needs a new home immediately!
Folti is a 1,5 year-old Dalmatian-like girl. Her present owner wants to euthanize her, because she didn’t get on well with the cock and she choked it. She doesn’t like to live on a chain. She adores to be loved, which happens rarely in her life. Folti is searching for someone who could give her lots of love and has time to deal with her. She likes children and she gets on well with other dogs, as well. She has been around cats in her puppyhood, which didn’t mean any problem to her at that time. Now it’s only a matter of practice and some training to make her friends with them. Folti craves for love and she can’t wait to cuddle up to her new family. She can be adopted after sterilization.

Daisy

Daisy, the 2 year-old Dalmatian girl needs a new home.
We took over her from the dogpound of Eger. Signs of various wounds can be seen on her body, which may come from earlier dog attacks. These would explain why she behaves with dogs the way she does.
Daisy is very friendly with people: a grateful, lovely, cuddling girl who craves for love.
She pays attention to her carer and gets on very well with children, too.
Absolutely housebroken, behaves well in the flat and she signals when she needs to go out.
Loves running, sniffing and sunbathing in the garden. Doesn’t do any harm outside.
Pulls the leash a little bit. At the moment, she can’t be together with other dogs. She severly lacks social dog manners, therefore taking her to a dog school or a dog trainer is strongly suggested. Her carer began her training, which should be continued by her family-to-be. We couldn’t test her behavior towards cats so far. Travels nice in the car.
Recommended as a single dog for owners who would spend appropriate time for training her apart from giving her love. She needs long walks and sufficient physical exercise on a daily basis. Recommended for owners with a flat or a family house where she’s allowed to go inside. Daisy requires human company as she loves being around her family. We would like to find her a final home.
Vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped, healthy.
Adoptable after sterilization with a completed deed of adoption.
Can be visited in Budapest upon a previously fixed appointment.

Frodó

The 2 year-old Dalmatian guy was wandering on the streets of Őcsény during the winter in -20C°. An elderly lady felt sorry for the skinny and tired dog and took him home. She tried to find his owner but the search brought no result. The Dally regained his strength and turned out to be a beautiful dog. He is friendly with people and other animals. His carer can no longer look after him because her financial resources are limited, so she would like to find a loving family for him.
Frodo is a very friendly and energetic dog who needs daily walks with lots of exercise and some training, as well. Recommended for owners with a family house and garden. As a single dog or company to a female dog.

Patch

Paca, the 6 year-old purebred Dalmatian male needs a sweet home!

His owner moved abroad and he left Paca at his house. The renters fed him but they had no time to deal with him. Paca spent his days in his smaller kennel without physical exercise and outer stimuli. We took over him in March 2012 before he could have been euthanised. We placed him in a foster home in Kiskőrös, where he can move freely in a bigger yard and he is allowed to meet other dogs.
Paca is a special dog as he was born deaf. He understands hand signs and he remembers these after years of no practice. He sits down, goes to his place and gives hiw paw. He lived closed in a kennel for years therefore he is relatively distrustful with new stimuli. When something unusual happens he tends to hide in his snug and it is quite hard to make him come out of it. Due to the lack of physical exercise he has a weak musculature and there are several pressure sores on his body from lying too long. These need to be treated.
Paca is reserved dog, distrustful with strangers in the beginning. Over the past weeks he built up strong bond with his carer, at the moment he is the only one Paca trusts. He needs more time to ease up with people. Otherwise he is friendly and longs for human company. Due to his deafness he pays a lot more attention to people and uses his nose very well. Loves running and playing with a ball. Has no problem travelling by car.
It might be helpful if Paca had a dog friend to whom he can pay attention during the walks and other programs.
Recommended as a second dog to a female company or as a single dog.
Not recommended for families with children.
Paca needs an assertive and impatient owner who leaves him enough time to open up and gives him security and stability in his life.
Paca has a pedigree, vaccinations and a microchip. Adoptable after castration.

Roza

Róza was found in the beginning of June 2011 at a small stream in Baracska.

She was thin, ill, and except for her spots and a red tick collar she wore nothing. She had neither collar, nor chip. Her rescuer took her to vet, and after long struggles for her Róza finally recovered.
The original owner was not found despite of an intense search.. Róza was born in approximately 2003: she is a pure-bred Dalmatian. She is very kind, lacks even the faintest signs of aggression and goes on well with other dogs – although not keen to have their company. She does not chase cats, she is absolutely neutral to them She is very attached but not assertive or demanding. She is a kind talkative (not barking!) lady, who would tell you, if you pay her attention, all what is on her heart. If you give her the „signs”, that she can, she will be a real cuddler. Quite probably hunger was a well-known thing to her, also before lost, as she eats like hell, with a speed that you remain with your eyes wide open, if anyone comes close to her while eating she will immediately grrrrrrrrrrr, therefore we recommend her also for families with bigger children, who are able to understand and respect that dogs should not be bothered while eating.
She is housebroken and cultured. She is not that good in walking on the leash: I would say she is a medium level learner, strange for a dog of her age, and showing that she was not walked too much. But she improves rapidly, so in a little time, this will be fine as well. When the evening comes, she takes her doll and goes for sleeping from herself and she is silent all night.
We recommend her as the only dog of the family, or the second, as the maximum as she requires the attention of the beloved person. She has an extreme pleasure in massage, and before going to sleep would come to you to get her daily dose of that. She is looking for a loving family, where she will get the care and love for which she longs so much and which she also deserves.

Fura needs a loving home

Fura, the 11 year-old lovely Dalmatian lady went through the breast tumour surgery in April. She recovered very well and she is still waiting for her new family.

Her life was filled with lots of love. Unfortunately her owner’s health conditions worsened during the past months. Now, Fura would love to find a nice family, who could give her all the love and attention she got used to. We recommend her to owners with a family house, because she feels good in that environment. Fura loves people, especially children, likes to participate in fun (even lets the small ones dress her up).
Gets on well with dogs, shows no aggressive behavior. Not recommended for owners with cats as she likes to chase them.
Fura needs space to roam about, requires daily exercise and care. Being close to her beloved owners is enough for her. Understands the basic commands and obeys them well. She didn’t know the leash earlier but now she walks quite well on it. Has good guarding instinct and lets out her voice when unauthorized fellows approach her territory.
Fura likes lolling about and sunbathing in the early spring sunshine. Giving her a shower may prove to be circuitous but she always surrenders when it comes to grooming as she really enjoys it. Particularly curious by nature, nothing could her notice.
All in all, Fura is a smart Dally but she needs an assertived owner as she tends to become a bit stubborn sometimes. However, she gives all her love in exchange for the care and attention.
Vaccinated, healthy.
